Doors are now open! 10 spots only. Starting August 17, 2026. 6 weeks.

You don't have a writing problem.

You have a visibility problem...

You've been showing up — in your coaching calls, on stages, in podcast interviews, in the content you put out week after week. You have ideas worth sharing. You have a message that genuinely helps people. You have a book inside you that could change everything.

But the book hasn't happened yet. And the longer it doesn't happen, the more it starts to feel like it's not for you.

Here's what I want you to understand before anything else.

The book is not the destination. It's the beginning...

A book is how people find you before they've ever met you. It's how they decide to trust you, choose you, and refer you — without you having to be on social media every day performing for an algorithm.

It is the single most powerful on-ramp into your business that exists.

And you don't need to be a writer to write one. You need to be exactly what you already are: a coach, a speaker, an expert with something real to say.

First Draft Formula is a six-week live cohort for coaches and speakers who are ready to write the book that starts the next chapter of their business. Not someday. This August, 2026.

Here's what's probably running through your head right now...

You know you should write a book, but the thought of it feels like climbing Everest in flip-flops.

You think it's going to be hard, time-consuming, and honestly, a bit of a nightmare.
You've convinced yourself you're "not a writer," so you have to use AI to get started – even though the idea of AI-generated content makes you cringe (because, let's be real, it almost always sounds like someone else wrote it).
The entire process, from that first word to finally holding your book, feels so incredibly daunting. The publishing part alone is enough to freeze you before you even write your first draft.
You've heard podcasts where authors talk about spending months (or even years!) in their writing cave. You know you don't have that kind of time or inclination. You just wish there was a faster, more effective way.

And What Happens If You Don't Write Your Book?

This isn't about getting rich overnight from a single book – let's be truthful here, that's rare.

This is about IMPACT.

It's about reaching the people in your world who can't afford your coaching, your group programs, or who just aren't in a position to buy your premium offers right now. Your book becomes their accessible entry point to your valuable insights.

It's also about establishing unshakeable credibility and authority.

When you hold that physical book in your hands – your book, with your name on it – you instantly become a published author. Your frameworks, your unique expertise, your entire message? Suddenly, it's tangible. People can hold it, highlight it, absorb it, and refer back to it.

For coaches specifically, a book does something nothing else can: it scales your methodology. Your frameworks, your process, your language — the things you explain over and over in sessions — live in the book permanently

Your future clients arrive having already absorbed your thinking. Discovery calls get shorter. Objections get fewer. The right people self-select in.

If you never write your book, you miss out on something huge:

Helping the people who need you most. These readers often become your biggest fans, champions, and future clients.
Opening doors to opportunities you can't even imagine right now. Speaking gigs, media features, strategic partnerships – a published book is a powerful calling card.

You've Probably Already Tried This Path...

And felt even more stuck, right?

You tried drafting with AI. It sounded… awful. Generic. Like a chatbot wrote it (because, hello, it did!). It didn't sound like YOU, and that just felt wrong.
You sat down with a bunch of writing prompts, hoping for inspiration. Instead, you felt more blocked than when you started because nothing truly connected with your unique message.
Maybe you even joined a writing group, like NaNoWriMo. But everyone was writing fiction, focusing on character arcs and plot twists. You needed help with frameworks and expertise, not dragons and space travel. You couldn't relate to their struggles or their wins.

Want to know my secret?

Truthfully? It only takes me 2-3 weeks to write my first draft.

Yep, you read that right. And before you think I'm some kind of writing prodigy with a fancy English Lit degree, let me stop you right there.

I do NOT have a writing degree. And spoiler alert: you don't need one either!

As a coach or speaker, your biggest asset is embracing YOUR unique voice and presenting your ideas in a way that truly speaks to your ready-to-buy customers. Forget the stuffy academic rules. We're here to connect, not impress English professors.

My secret? It’s all thanks to this simple writing mantra: "done is better than perfect."

I'm laser-focused on getting that first draft down as quickly as humanly possible. I don't care about spelling, grammar, or even how I'm going to format the book at this stage. Instead, I channel all my energy into getting all my concepts and ideas onto virtual paper.

And the best part? Chances are, you've already done most of the work. For coaches and speakers, it’s even more direct. Your frameworks are already built. Your client transformation stories are already living in your session notes, your keynote slides, your workshop handouts, your email sequences.

The book isn’t somewhere out there waiting to be invented — it’s a wrangling project. We gather what exists, shape it, and get it onto the page.

That's when the magic truly happens. But none of it can take place WITHOUT that first draft.

This isn't just theory for me. After 45+ books (many of them bestsellers, by the way!), I've been invited to participate in online summits, speak on podcasts, contribute to paid collaborations, and so much more.

Every single day, I have at least 5 new people joining my email list directly from my books. No paid ads required. Just real, genuine leads who resonated with what I had to say.

Imagine that for a moment. This can be your reality too.

what if I told you there’s a different way to write your non-fiction book?

A way that feels supportive, structured, and actually gets your butt in the chair and your words on the page?

Enter: The First Draft Formula.

This isn't just another writing course. This is a structured, supportive, and dare I say, "let's-actually-do-this-together" experience.

It takes everything I've learned from writing 45+ books and turns it into a step-by-step process with real accountability built in. You're not left to your own devices here, watching that cursor blink!

My approach is radically simple:

Mine your existing gold: Your frameworks, client stories, session notes, and workshop material are your first draft waiting to happen. We’ll excavate what’s already there.
Rapid-fire drafting: Write your first draft as quickly as possible (or even speak it – yes, really!). We're talking getting that messy, glorious first draft out of your head and onto the page.
Editor-ready in record time: We'll get you to a place where you're ready to hand your book over to an editor, all within just 6 weeks. No more procrastinating.

What makes this different?

Because I'm not just teaching; I'm doing.

You're working with an author who walks the talk – I've been in the trenches (and loved it!).
You get dedicated writing time and accountability so you're not left to your own devices. That's right, no excuses!
We have check-points to keep you on track so you don't go off on a tangent and lose momentum.
We even tackle the biggest stumbling block: your mindset work and silencing that inner 'negative nelly' once and for all.

Imagine this: Less than two months from now, you’ll have a complete first draft of your non-fiction book firmly in hand. You'll be ready to work with an editor, feeling incredibly proud, and fully able to plan out your book launch and promotions because you did the hard work. You put in the effort, you wrote the first draft, and now the world is waiting for your message.

Finally Become The Author You Were Meant to be

Imagine this:

You proudly declaring, "I AM an Author!" That dream you've held onto for so long? It's not just a dream anymore.

Feeling an incredible sense of accomplishment, with a massive weight lifted off your shoulders. The book you always wanted to write is not only started, but in its tangible first phase, ready to be brought fully to life.

No more slogging away for months or even years on that first draft. Seriously, who has time for that? With this program, you'll walk away with a complete first draft in 6 weeks or less. From there? EVERYTHING becomes so much easier, faster, and more exciting.

From "Impossible" to "Published"

Right now, maybe the thought of writing a book feels completely unattainable.

The idea of getting a first draft done in just 6 weeks? Ridiculous.

You might even think writing isn’t your forte, but deep down, you know your message needs to be out there — more people need to hear what you have to share.

Imagine ditching those “negative nelly” thoughts for good.

Instead, you’ll be celebrating your first draft, done and dusted in 6 weeks. Think about the surge of motivation that will bring!

From there, it’s not a distant dream, but a clear path to holding a published book in your hot little hands faster than you ever thought possible.

Your Path to a Done-For-You First Draft:

Here’s how quickly you’ll start seeing results:

By the end of Week 1: You’ll have a clear outline of your book and a treasure trove of your existing content to pull from. Say goodbye to the blank page!
Weeks 2 & 3: You’ll be absolutely rocking the writing process. In fact, some of you might even have your first draft complete!
By Week 5: You’ll have the majority of your first draft done, and likely be in the exciting refinement stage, ready to pass it over to an editor. This isn’t just about writing; it’s about making tangible, rapid progress towards your publishing goals.

client love

Don't just take my word for it...

I can tell you all day long about how quickly you can get your first draft done, but what really matters is the results. My clients have achieved incredible things with their books, and they’ve done it with my guidance and support.

I knew I’d found the right partner to help launch my book. Not only was she knowledgeable, helpful, and thorough, but she was also delightful to work with.

Here’s everything you’ll get when you join The First Draft Formula today:

Let’s break down exactly what’s included when you jump into The First Draft Formula experience. This isn’t just a program; it’s your complete roadmap to finally getting that first draft done, with me right there with you, every step of the way.

Kick-Off Orientation:

Before Day 1 even hits, we’ll get you set up, clarify your specific writing goal, and introduce you to your amazing, supportive writing community. No more feeling lost or unsure of where to start! This alone is valued at $197.

Six Weeks of Structured Guidance:

This is where the magic happens. You’ll receive comprehensive, step-by-step guidance that meticulously follows the proven process outlined in my book. We’re talking everything from setting realistic deadlines and planning your dedicated writing sessions to actually pushing ‘publish’ on that first draft. This core curriculum is easily worth $1,497.

Personal Writing Buddy Match:

You’ll be paired with your very own cheerleader – someone to be accountable to, brainstorm with, and celebrate those weekly wins alongside you. Because doing it alone is just… lonely (and less effective!). Imagine the value of this consistent support, truly priceless, but we’ll call it $297.

Weekly LIVE Co-Writing Sessions:

This is a game-changer. We’ll hop on calls together, live, and actually write. No more procrastination, no more waiting for “the perfect moment.” We’re scheduling that perfect moment for you. These dedicated writing blocks are worth $597.

Goal Tracking & Accountability Check-ins:

See your progress, celebrate every milestone, and get the support you need to recalibrate when life inevitably throws a curveball. We’ll keep you on track, guaranteed. This continuous support and structure is valued at $397.

Mid-Point “Messy Middle” Check-in (End of Week 3):

We all know that feeling. Week 3 often brings the wobble, the doubt. I’ve built in a dedicated check-in specifically for this common sticking point, because I am absolutely NOT going to let you quit there. You’ve got this, and I’ve got you. This crucial intervention is worth $147.

Plus, you’ll get these incredible bonuses:

AI Module for Your 3rd Draft Process:

Yes, I said we wouldn’t use AI for the first draft, but when it comes to refining and polishing? We’re living in the future, darling! Learn how to ethically and effectively leverage AI tools to supercharge your third draft process. This forward-thinking training is a bonus worth $297.

Access to Lise’s Rolodex of Professionals:

Ready to actually publish? You’ll gain exclusive access to my trusted network of editors, formatters, and cover designers. No more guessing who to work with – you’ll hit the ground running with vetted, high-quality professionals. This insider access is invaluable, easily $497.

I AM An Author (the paperback book):

Before the program kicks off, you’ll receive a copy of my book I AM An Author — the foundation behind everything we do in First Draft Formula. It’s your pre-work, your mindset primer, and your proof that you’re already more of an author than you think. Value $19.97, yours free.

TOTAL VALUE: You’re getting $3,945.97 worth of support, coaching, and resources… But you won’t pay anywhere near that.

Your investment for The First Draft Formula is just $600 USD.

I want to put that number in context for you — not to justify it, but because I think coaches undersell what a published book actually does for their business.

One new client who found you because of your book. One speaking gig that came in because you showed up as a published author. One podcast invitation, one referral, one collaboration that opened because someone read your book and thought: I need to send this to everyone I know.

Any one of those pays for this many times over. And they keep paying — because a book doesn't have an expiry date.

$600 is the founding round price.

When Round 2 opens, it goes to $997.

There are 10 spots in this cohort. That's it.

Not because of artificial scarcity — because 10 is the number where I can actually show up for each of you the way this process requires.

If you're on the fence, ask yourself one question: if your book existed right now, what would it open for you?

If the answer is anything more than nothing — this is worth it.

Our “First Draft Done” Promise

This program is all about getting your first draft written. My guarantee isn’t about giving you your money back; it’s about holding space and providing the structure for you to get this done. If you fully show up and engage, you will have your first draft written in 6 weeks.

Now, I know life happens. Because I’m here to support you, if for some reason you can’t complete the program in your initial 6-week round, you can join the very next live round completely free of charge. No questions asked. Just a commitment to finishing what you started.

Our Refund Policy

Let’s be really clear here: Due to the nature of this live, immersive experience and the immediate access to community and structured content, we do not offer refunds.

This isn’t just another course; it’s a commitment to yourself, your book, and your readers. This is an experience designed for committed authors. You either want to get this done, or you don’t. Please choose with intention.

Look, this isn’t going to be around forever at this price, and I’m honestly keeping this round intentionally small so I can be hands-on with every single person. I’m only opening up 10 spots for this inaugural round of The First Draft Formula.

This is your chance to jump in at special launch pricing of just $600 USD (that’s $100 a week!). Once these spots are gone, the price will increase to $997 USD. Don’t miss out on getting this incredible value at an insane price.

You’ll finally ditch the “Negative Nelly” thoughts and get your first draft done in 6 weeks. Imagine the impact that will have on your motivation – from there, it’s only a few short months to a published book in your hot little hands! You’ll be able to proudly say, “I AM an Author!”

Ready to get your first draft done?

Got Questions? I've Got Answers...

Do I need to have my book idea fully figured out before I join?

Not at all. Week 1 is specifically designed to take you from vague to clear. You need a topic area and a willingness to excavate what you already know — that's it. The outline comes from what we uncover together, not from something you need to arrive with fully formed.

I've tried to write my book before and given up. What makes this different?

The accountability structure. Most people who've tried and stalled were going it alone — watching videos, hoping for motivation, waiting for the perfect window of time. First Draft Formula is built around writing together, live, on a schedule. The co-writing sessions make it real in a way that solo programs simply don't. You're not watching me talk about writing. You're actually writing in the room with me and your cohort.

What if I don't finish in six weeks?

If you show up fully and engage with the process, you will finish — that's what the structure is built for. But if life happens and you genuinely can't complete your round, you join the next live cohort completely free of charge. No questions asked, no guilt. Just a commitment to finishing what you started.

How much time do I need to commit each week?

Roughly three to four hours per week, which includes the live co-writing session and your own writing time between sessions. Some people find they need a little more, some less — it depends on how much existing content you're pulling from. What I can tell you is that this is designed around real life, not an imaginary version of your schedule where you have 12 free hours every week.

Will this work if I'm not a naturally fast writer?

Yes — and here's why. Most of what feels like "slow writing" is actually slow deciding: what to say, how to structure it, whether it's good enough. First Draft Formula removes those friction points by starting with your existing content (so you know what to say), giving you a clear outline (so you know how to structure it), and holding you to a "done is better than perfect" standard (so good enough is genuinely enough). Speed follows structure.

I'm worried my writing isn't good enough. Is this program right for me?

This is one of the most common things I hear — and I want to be direct with you: your writing is not the problem. You are not writing a literary novel. You are writing your methodology, your stories, and your expertise in your own voice. The coaches and speakers who get the most out of this program are often the ones who don't think of themselves as writers, because they haven't yet realized that the thing they do every day — explaining, teaching, telling stories — is writing. We just put it on the page.

Is this only for coaches? What if I'm a speaker or content creator?

First Draft Formula is built with coaches and speakers in mind because your existing content ecosystem — your frameworks, client stories, keynote decks, workshop material — maps so naturally onto a nonfiction book. If you're a content creator with deep expertise to share and a clear audience in mind, you'd fit well here too. If you write fiction or don't yet have a body of expertise to draw from, this program isn't the right fit.

Can I use AI to help write my book?

Not for your first draft — and that's intentional. The first draft is where your voice, your thinking, and your unique perspective get established. If you outsource that to AI, what you get back is a book-shaped object that doesn't quite sound like anyone. However, the program includes a bonus AI module specifically for your third draft process, where AI can genuinely help with refinement, restructuring, and polishing — without losing the thing that makes your book worth reading.

What exactly is included?

When you join First Draft Formula you receive: a kick-off orientation call, six weeks of structured guidance following my proven writing process, a personal writing buddy match, weekly live co-writing sessions, goal tracking and accountability check-ins, a dedicated Messy Middle check-in at the end of Week 3, an AI module for your third draft process, access to my rolodex of trusted editors, formatters and cover designers, and a copy of my book I AM An Author as your pre-work bonus. Everything is housed in our private Heartbeat community.

What's your refund policy?

Due to the live, immersive nature of this program and the immediate access to community and structured content, we don't offer refunds. This isn't a course you download and forget about — it's a commitment to yourself, your book, and the cohort you'll be writing alongside. If you're not ready to commit fully, this round isn't the right time. If you join and life genuinely intervenes, you have a guaranteed spot in the next live round at no extra cost.

When does it start and how much does it cost?

First Draft Formula Round 1 kicks off on 17 August 2026 and runs through 27 September 2026 (which means you've got time to publish and launch before Christmas). The founding round investment is $600 USD, available as a single payment or two installments of $300. After this cohort closes, the price increases to $997. There are 10 spots only — when they're gone, they're gone.

I have a question that isn't answered here.

Hit reply on any of my emails or drop a message HERE — I'll get back to you personally. I'd rather you ask than stay stuck on the fence over something easily answered.
