    I understand completely. I’m not a huge fan of exercising for longer than 30-45 minutes, so you’ll find each daily routine will take no longer than that. And if you’re short on time, just do the HIIT workout instead, as these are no more than 10 minutes each.

  • q-iconI'm a stay-at-home mum (or mom), is this really going to work?

    It will if you simply follow along. If you’re short on time or have the kids with you all the time, then get them involved! Use them as your ‘weights’ or have them do some of the exercises with you. And, if it’s just too much to carve out 30 minutes, then stick with the HIIT workouts only and get in the resistance training once the kids are in bed. 2-3 times per week will be enough for you.

  • q-iconWhat happens if my muscles start to ache or hurt, should I stop?

    It’s natural that your muscles will start to feel sore the next day following a workout, but they generally shouldn’t hurt too much during a workout. If you feel a sharp pain while doing an exercise, stop immediately and stretch that area of your body. Always seek advice from your health professional if you’re not sure.
