Day 1:

Get started with the first video in the 30-Day Challenge. Remember, you don't require any equipment to do the exercises, just whatever you've got lying around the house will do... including your younger kids 🙂

Don't over-exert yourself on day 1, just take it easy and focus on getting your form correct. Always keep your tummy sucked in to support your back as a rule of thumb!

Day 2:

Today, focus on the 'time under tension' movements and really focus on your form, making sure that you're keeping your back straight when leaving into moves.

Remember, you don't require any equipment to do the exercises, just whatever you've got lying around the house will do... including your younger kids 🙂

Remember, always keep your tummy sucked in to support your back as a rule of thumb!

Day 3:

Today you should be starting to get the hang of things. How are you finding the HIIT workouts? Those can be tough if you've never done them, so take it easy and do as many rounds as you can!

Remember, always keep your tummy sucked in to support your back as a rule of thumb!

Day 4:

You're doing great! By now a few muscles might be starting to hurt, which is why it's important that you stretch for 5 minutes at the end of each day. Focus on your major muscle groups and use this image to help with your stretches: www.lisecartwright.com/stretchespic

Day 5, 6 & 7:

Today it's all about cardio, so choose what you love to do to get your heart rate pumping for the next 30 minutes.

Don't forget to stretch: www.lisecartwright.com/stretchespic

Day's 6 & 7 are your rest days, although you can choose to do a 10-minute HIIT if you want to or go for a gentle walk 🙂
